This month we will be hosted by
Midway Studios - Austin, (formerly
Inevitable Entertainment) developer of
Area 51 (2005).
Please RSVP by
Registering with Autodesk
Link to Register (food will be served).
We will have some short "show and tell" sessions by local Architects using 3ds Max. These presentations will include Pat Chipman, Digital Simulations, Inc. who did the visualizations for the Domain development, Patrick Byers of Mind in Motion Studio, Bryan Lym, of Lym Architecture and Gregory Mertens of mertens3d.
Technical Presentation on 3ds Max 9 - by Shane Griffith, Autodesk
Applications Engineer. This will be an important presentation and should be
attended by all serious 3ds Max users, or if you want to see what serious users
are doing. Or some not so serious. Our apologies to you Maya users, but you can
come and see how the other half
get their work done.
Food will be catered by Texas Culinary Academy - Ventana Restaurant.
Please
Register, we need a good head count to make sure we have enough food. Please
register only once.
Your registration will also make sure that you have a name tag waiting and you
won't have to fill out anything at the event.
Shane Griffith, 3ds Max Applications Engineer will give the main presentation on "Getting the Most out of Max 9". Shane will also address specific issues that are of interest to the audience.
Call me if you have any questions.
